Awesome customer service and friendly employees. Got the chipotle egg sandwich and it was excellent along w/ a side of home fries (breakfast potato's). Delicious. Allan, of whom I placed my order w/ was knowledgeable and suggested the best breakfast sandwich for me. Thanks Allan.

AWFUL service. Employees are rude, and do not treat customers with respect at all. They screwed up my entire order, probably on purpose for the following reason: I was sitting at a table waiting for my order to be done and an employee comes over and asks me to leave the dining room because she is closing it. It's 8 pm, and meanwhile there are 4 other groups of people occupying tables that she does not talk to - they are all allowed to sit and eat in peace. I told her I was just waiting for my food, not going to eat at 'her' table - and a paying customer should be able to eat in the dining room at any rate. Gave me the wrong soup and made the sandwich wrong as well- when I went back to get it corrected she knew my order without looking and therefore seems to me screwed it up on purpose. Got my sandwich back, they did not remake it, just took off half of the meat and gave it back. I'll avoid this location in the future and go to the A terminal only.
Is it customary for Wildflower to ask paying customers to get up and leave as well as tell them they cannot sit in the dining room area? This is beyond terrible customer service. -

I had the unfortunate experience trying to order at your concourse location. I dealt with Dominiqua, she made me feel as if I was intruding on her stocking time. She was rude and very short with an attitude. We had questions and she wouldn't give us the time to answer any of them. I understand they have limited items for purchase, although she never even told us what she had available.
We then decided to take our business to your other location at gates A9. We voiced our concerns and how we were treated to Chanel the assistant manager on nights. Her and her crew (Martin and Alicia) took very good care of us, even going out of their way on making a new salad. I definitely would be giving them 5 stars on their customer service skills.
I go to wildflower all too often and have never had a bad experience from any of your associates. I will no longer be conducting business with Dominiqua as I left angry with how she treated me. This one star is directed towards her and her bad attitude. she treated my friend and I horrible and we were the only paying customers! -

Update to my review:
Mr. Louis Basil's Jr., the owner of Wildflower reached out to me personally about my review 1 day after I posted it. He was very apologetic that the airport branch did not meet our expectations and requested my address to send me a gift card to try Wildflower again. Mr. Basil Jr. was very courteous and his message was very genuine. I was very impressed with his communication. I have now received the card and it came with an apology letter signed personally by him. This is one of the few times that an owner personally reached out to express concern that his restaurant fell short of "perfect". I will most definitely try Wildflower again after this!
Located in terminal 4 of Sky Harbor. Had breakfast here while waiting for a flight. Food seems to be ready ahead of time because it was very quick to come out when we ordered. There are mostly egg options for breakfast. My mom ordered an egg sandwich with tomatoes and feta and I ordered my egg breakfast. My dish was scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and buttered toast. The eggs were fluffy but slightly on the dryer side. They could have used some more seasoning. The potatoes were cooked with rosemary so it had a nice flavor.
My mom's sandwich was also pretty good but her only complain was how dry the tomatoes were, they were so rubbery, she had to remove them from her sandwich.
We ordered coffee with our food. The coffee is pretty good too but they don't leave enough room for milk and sugar so it might be a good idea to ask for that if you're looking to add them to your coffee. They offer a free refill for the coffee as well.
Prices are sliaverage. 2 meals and 2 coffees were slightly over $21.
